Cancellation and "no-show" policy - If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 12 hours’ notice or you will be charged for 33.3% of the price of the session if it’s within the 12-hour window. No-shows, no-show-no-call, or last minute cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the price of the session. I respect and appreciate your time and I'm happy to adjust your time if needed and if possible, so please contact me with any scheduling issues you may have. I block out the time that you book so it's important to make that time available for someone else if you cannot make it. Also, please understand that I live in Moore and commute to Norman so driving to the office for an expected appointment that doesn't show up is not a fun experience. Of course, I understand that emergencies do arise suddenly and I will work with you to reschedule your appointment and fees associated with late cancellations.
